| Cabin sleeps 8 people, with queen and 3 bunkbeds. It is ready for rental with all the beds, sheets, pillows, towels, kitchen equipment, stereo, books, Cds, high velocity ceiling fans and floor fans, lots of tools including, saws, hammers, drills, wheelbarrow, are all included.
It includes a kitchen, propane refigerators, deep freezer, pots and pans, dishes, cups, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, propane stove, propane hot water, water purification unit, water pump, 1000 gal water tank, 1.5hp water pump. The bathroom has a new tiled shower, vanity, and composting toilet.
There is a Coltri dive tank compressor, several tanks, spare parts, snorkeling equipment and the best diving anywhere just a hundred yards from the dock.

The boat is a 26ft center console equipment and a 250hp Yamaha
Saltwater Series II OX66 engine included. Engine has digital controls and
all equipment is included. It is stored out of the water when it is not being used for trips. See in picture
Power System is hybrid of Whisper 100 Marine wind generator with Trance DR3600 inverter/charger and a gas 9000watt generator backup. 900ah of battery storage is used with this system. Solar panels can be added if the cabin is used for extended periods of time(full time use)
